Will Doyle has been named the new principal of Lift Ryde, following several years of senior leadership at the school and a recent spell as head of school.
Mr Doyle brings a wealth of experience to the role, having joined the school in September 2017 as vice principal and served as head of school from September 2024.
His prior experience includes extensive work in school improvement in schools across the Isle of Wight. Will holds a Bachelor of Music with Honours (BMus) from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
On his new appointment as principal of Lift Ryde, Will Doyle, said:
“I am proud to lead Lift Ryde. Our core vision is simple: to provide an excellent education for every child, in every classroom, everyday.

Will officially started as principal on 1st October 2025.
