To kick off their 50th anniversary celebrations, the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary in Sandown is looking for 50 fearless fundraisers to take on their Wildheart Wire Walk – an epic 70-metre high wire suspended high above the Sanctuary’s grounds.
The ultimate test of balance and bravery, the Wildheart Wire Walk on Saturday 2nd May will be flanked by some of the resident big cats, giving participants a truly unforgettable highwire experience for those bold enough to channel their inner lemur!
By taking part, participants will be helping the Sanctuary to raise the vital funds needed to enable their charity to continue rescuing, rehabilitating and providing lifelong sanctuary to animals in need.
Lorraine White, Head of Community, Events and Partnerships, says:
“We’re hugely excited to share the first fundraising event of our 50th Anniversary Year.
“The Wildheart Wire Walk is the perfect opportunity for those looking to challenge themselves and support a great cause at the same time, and the views of our Sanctuary and Sandown Bay from the top of the highwire are bound to be something you don’t forget in a hurry!”
The Wildheart Wire Walk is kindly sponsored by Careprint UK.
