Whitecroft & Barton Sports have retained their Harwoods Isle of Wight Division 1 title by beating Binstead 3-0 at Sandy Lane.
W&B’s scorers were 2nd half substitutes Sam Cant, Dan Pearson and Kade Woodford.
This is the 8th time W&B have taken the title in 10 years. W&B have remained unbeaten in league games all season, taking 46 points out of a possible 48. They have won the championship with 4 games to spare.

Brading Town 4-1 Ventnor
The Romans put paid to Ventnor’s mathematical chance of taking the Division 1 Championship with a decisive victory at the Peter Henry Ground. Aaron Bennett bagged a brace for the home side with Scott Lawson and Lewis Parsons also on the scoresheet. Emerson Tattersall scored Ventnor’s consolation goal.
Osborne Coburg 2-3 Cowes Sports Reserves
Cowes Sports Reserves overcame Osborne Coburg thanks to a brace from Sonny Myram and a further strike from Connor Furmidge. Harry Green and Nick Payne were on target for the home side.
Vectis 3-4 Shanklin
Shanklin beat 2nd-from-bottom Vectis at Cowes Enterprise College by the best of 7 goals. The Shanklin scorers were Kyle Drew, Jack Mikolajec and Alfie Flux, with Vectis also conceding an own goal. Tyler Greenslade scored a brace for the home side, with James Ashley also on the scoresheet.

A Cruz Wragg double – his 10th and 11th of the season – saw Niton overcome Newchurch at Watery Lane.
Ryde Saints 1-1 Seaview
Bottom club Seaview picked up a point against Ryde Saints thanks to a 60th minute goal from Brandon Smith.
Sandown & Lake 4-2 East Cowes Sports
4th-placed Sandown saw off 2nd-placed ECS at the Fairway after trailing 1-2 at half time. Sandown’s scorers were Shay Dixon, Lewis Day (X2) and Cameron Kayode.
In the Cups…
Oakfield will face West Wight Reserves in the final of the Junior A Cup. The Oakers defeated local rivals High Park in their semi final at Slade Road with goals from Ben Gardener, Oliver Hammond and Nathan Roberts. West Wight Reserves beat W&B Reserves in the 2nd semi final at Camp Road, with 2nd half goals from Jordan Flynn and George Saunders after Jack Ewbank had given the visitors the lead shortly before half time.
Ventnor A have reached the final of the Junior B Cup by beating West Wight A in their semi final (also at Camp Road) courtesy of a brace from Jason Kennett.
