THE question on every festival-goer’s mind is… Wellies or Sun cream?
The Met Office have forecast heavy rain for this evening running into tomorrow morning, however things are set to improve for the Isle of Wight Festival weekend.
Around 15-25mm of rain is expected to fall quite widely in a relatively short period of time, with some locations perhaps receiving more than 40mm across the South.
The remainder of Thursday is looking positive, as the skies clear for a drier evening when Primal Scream take to the stage in the Big Top.
Showers are expected throughout Friday, however it will remain relatively dry.
Saturday is looking like the best day, with sunshine leading into the afternoon, however followed by showers into the evening and heavy rain as the Festival enters Sunday morning.
The concluding day of the 2012 Festival is set to be dry with sunny spells.
