The owner of Right at Home Isle of Wight has made it to the finals of the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards 2025.
Vicky Butler has been shortlisted in the Woman Franchisee of the Year category alongside four other successful female franchise owners from across the UK.
The nomination highlights Vicky’s commitment to elevating her business and its services to ensure as many people as possible receive the quality care they need and deserve.
It also reflects her active role in the community, creating rewarding career opportunities for local people and reducing loneliness and isolation among vulnerable adults.
In December, Vicky and her team rallied local businesses and volunteers to host a Christmas Day lunch for those who would otherwise face the festive period alone.
Right at Home Isle of Wight also launched the Older Persons Good Living Show in 2023 to showcase businesses and services on the Island which support older people to remain living happily and independently in their own homes. The show returned to Sandown Airport in August, with over 500 Islanders in attendance.

Right at Home Isle of Wight, a franchise of Right at Home UK, delivers highly personalised care and support to adults living in their own homes. Services range from companionship support and personal care to specialist dementia care and complex clinical care.
Vicky and her husband Paul opened the business in Bembridge in 2019 and have recently opened a second office in Shanklin to expand their services to a wider area and create more job opportunities.
The NatWest EWiF Award ceremony will take place on 15th May in London, where winners will be announced and celebrated.
