Firefighters from Ryde are tackling a tree fire in the garden of a property in Binstead this afternoon (Saturday).
1 appliance is currently on scene at Binstead Hill having been mobilised to the incident at around 16:25.
A hose reel is being used to extinguish the small fire, which has broke out in the rear garden of a detached family home.
Island Echo understands a bonfire was lit too close to the tree.
Traffic is slightly delayed in the area with a give and take arrangement.
No one has been injured.
