Emergency tree felling works have resulted in the closure of Foreland Road in Bembridge this morning (Friday).
Contractors are working outside Inver House, near the junction with Queen’s Road, for a distance of 44 metres.
Southern Vectis say that their Route 8 buses will divert from Crossways along Steyne Road, Mill Road and High Street to continue a normal route.
It is unknown how long the road will remain closed for.
