A teenager accused of raping a girl under 13, will appear at the Isle of Wight Crown Court next month.
18-year-old Toby Fowler, of Shamblers Road, Cowes, appeared before Magistrates earlier today (Tuesday), charged with a single offence of rape of a girl under 13.
The alleged offence occurred on the Island in August 2024.
Due to the nature of the allegation, the case was sent straight to the Isle of Wight Crown Court.
Fowler will next appear on 22nd June.

Its unacceptable for the girl to wait that long for any justice.
