Wightlink’s on-going saga with staff shortages continues this morning (Tuesday) with a number of cancelled sailings on the company’s Fishbourne to Portsmouth car ferry service.
Earlier this morning the cross-Solent operator cancelled the 06:30 and 08:30 sailings from Portsmouth Gunwharf, alongside the 09:30 from Fishbourne.
It has now been confirmed that the 10:30 from Portsmouth and the 11:30 from Fishbourne have also been cancelled, causing travel disruption for visitors, Islanders and businesses alike.
In place of the cancelled sailings Wightlink will be running a 09:30 and 11:30 sailing from Portsmouth along with a 10:30 and 12:30 sailing from Fishbourne.
