Sparshot was handed the CBO on 14th October this year at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court. The CBO prohibites him from causing a nuisance or annoyance to the public whilst under the influence of drink or drugs, from drinking alcohol in public whilst behaving anti-socially, and from entering certain areas of Ryde and Newport.

Bradley appeared in court just last week charged with breaching his CBO in October – https://www.islandecho.co.uk/community-order-imposed-on-29-year-old-who-breached-criminal-behaviour-order/.

Sparshot will appear in court again later this morning.
