Smallbrook proved to be a stronghold for the Isle of Wight Hockey Club last weekend, with both the Ladies’ and Men’s first teams delivering outstanding performances to secure comprehensive home victories, netting a total of 10 goals between them.
However, it was a different story for the Island’s second teams, who struggled on the road.
Despite their determination and strong team efforts, both the Ladies’ and Men’s second teams were unable to secure a win away from home.
