UPDATED: Emergency services are this evening attending a road traffic collision involving at least two cars at Smallbrook Roundabout on the outskirts of Ryde.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene at around 17:55 following reports of a collision between a Volvo 4×4 and an Audi A3.
The vehicles and debris have been partially cleared onto a grassed verge, however traffic is building up in the area with motorists being directed by Police.
Brading High Street remains closed this evening, meaning the notorious roundabout is a main diversion route for motorists heading between Ryde and Sandown.
No one is believed to have been seriously injured.
