Following on from their win at Henley Royal Regatta earlier this month, Bass Andre returned to the open sea to win 3 Golds at the British Coastal Championships in Whitby at the weekend.
The current European offshore rowing champion and racing for Shanklin Sandown Rowing Club, Bass won the 1x, 2x and 4x on top of a silver in the mixed double, amidst some particularly challenging coastal conditions.
With the world coastal rowing championships on the horizon in October, hosted by China, Bass is preparing well through full support of the British series of Beach sprints and offshore events over the summer.
