The Senior’s and Ladies’ sections of Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club joined together to play in an 18-hole Am-Am competition last Friday (28th October).
It was a team comprising the Seniors’ Captain, Paul Longman and Ladies’ Captain, Chris Gould, along with Connie Huntington and Angela Lassey who took the honours with 85 points.
Runners-up were Terry Harris, Fran Cole, Ray Bloomfield and Viv Williams with 83 points.
The nearest pin prize for the Seniors was won by Terry Harris and, for the Ladies’, Anna Garriock took the prize.
