It’s been a positive start to the summer season for 2 of the Island’s best-loved attractions with a sell-out opening show and epic foam parties.
Last week Blackgang Chine kicked off the 2021 summer with their brand new event, The Land of Imagination LIVE, where guests encounter characters taking over a different area of the park every weekday – until 27th August.
In addition, every Wednesday and Saturday Blackgang are hosting their famous Summer Fest with epic foam parties, live DJ and explosive Firework Finale.
Dominic Wray, Blackgang Chine Park Manger, says:
“We’ve had such a great reception from our guests so far and always feel very privileged to become a part of their summer memories. We felt that there was a definite need for fun and excitement this year which is why we’re pulling out all the stops with entertainment almost every day of the week!”
Meanwhile, over at Downend, Robin Hill hosted their first Brainiac Live show to a full audience in the open-air Woodland Amphitheatre, along with the roaring success with their Sing-Along Safari.
James Crofts, Robin Hill Park Manager, said:
“With all the buzz on the Island this summer we wanted to give visitors and residents an incredible, full day and evening, experiences they wont forget; that’s why there’s much is going on at Robin Hill! It’s been awesome to see so many people cheering and laughing in our outdoor Amphitheatre again. It is such a fun show, I didn’t even realise I was learning between all of the explosions, fire, and loud bangs!”
Robin Hill will host Brainiac Live shows at 16:30 and 19:30, 3 times a week, until 28th August, accompanied by their daytime Sing-Along Safari programme on the same dates 12:00-16:00.

So a 5 year old as to pay adult prices. Good luck when the holiday makers have gone.
