Our live coverage of the Isle of Wight Festival 2014 has come to an end on what has been a fantastic year for the Newport-based festival.
Thursday and Friday saw some of the hottest temperatures this year to date, whilst Saturday and Sunday saw the clouds move in and some light rain showers – but this wasn’t enough to dampen the spirits of festival revellers who turned out in their tens of thousands to enjoy what the Isle of Wight had to offer this weekend.
We have published 30 articles during our week long coverage and have kept the Island up to date with the latest traffic and travel and have provided line-up reminders to those attending Seaclose Park through our social networks, as well as providing our normal up-to-the-minute service on breaking news across the Island.
We hope you have enjoyed Island Echo’s coverage and we look forward to doing it all again in 2015!
