2 roads in Ryde have been closed to allow tanker access while works are underway to repair a sinkhole at Appley.
North Walk has been closed from its junction with Canoe Lake Road to its junction with Appley Lane for a distance of 168.00 metres.
Canoe Lake Road has also been closed from its junction with Esplanade to its junction with North Walk for a distance of 262.00 metres.
The diversion will be signposted locally.
Diversion route(s) will be signed at the time of closure. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the road is closed.
From 10:30 hours on 28th January 2021, for a maximum period of twenty-one days or until the works are complete, whichever is sooner.
