Homecare provider Right at Home Isle of Wight has been awarded 5-star employer status as a result of its annual anonymised CareGiver satisfaction survey run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz.
Right at Home Isle of Wight, which is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission – the independent regulator for health and social care, offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home across the Isle of Wight. Services include companionship, personal care, respite care and dementia care. The business opened in June 2021.
In the survey, Right at Home Isle of Wight achieved 100% in the staff Surveys.
