Right at Home’s Isle of Wight franchise has opened a second office in Shanklin to extend its person-centred care services across a wider area. The new office will officially open on 1st July 2024 on Shanklin High Street. Owners’ Vicky and Paul Butler and their team are now in the process of building a second team to deliver a range of services, from personal care and companionship, through to 24-hour live-in care. The pair have successfully run RaH Isle of Wight for 3 years with the office in Bembridge gaining an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission and being awarded a 5* Employer Award by independent employee engagement specialist, WorkBuzz, in 2023 and again in 2024. Paul described the opening of the new Shanklin office as ‘another proud moment’ for him and his team. He said:
“It’s fantastic that we now have an office in Shanklin which is local to its community, and we are excited to be delivering homecare to its residents. It has taken a lot of planning to get to where we are now, so being able to open our doors and welcome in the local community is a proud moment for me and the team”
Right at Home Isle of Wight is also the creator and sponsor of the ‘Older Persons Good Living Show’ which is taking place at Sandown airport on 17th August 2024 and showcases Island businesses and groups who can help you live more independently at home
