Newport’s Red Squirrel Property Shop has announced that it is expanding its real estate horizons to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates – and has teased an Isle of Wight expansion too. Red Squirrel says that the team is ready to dive into this new chapter, leveraging their expertise, passion and dedication to provide top-notch service to clients in Dubai and beyond. It’s said that Dubai’s dynamic real estate market offers a wealth of possibilities, from luxurious residential properties to state-of-the-art commercial spaces and everything in between. As well as going international, Red Squirrel is set to expand its operations here on the Island too – with further information expected in the coming weeks. Charlie Panayi, CEO of Red Squirrel, says:
“This is a big step for an Island business and I would like to thank all our loyal customers over the years! Don’t worry, still some exciting news to come out about our Island expansion also”.

A free pair of wellies with every ground-floor flat!
If your referring to the recent floods, for your info, most places were clear within 3-4 days with only a few still remaining flooded and they were mainly residential properties not ground floor flats.
Monaco-by-the Sea here we come then. Look at that lovely skyline…you too could have a view like that here. If anyone could afford it, obvs.
I don’t think that’ll help the local housing situation much.
Oh I’m sure it will. Once everybody else has been priced out of their homes, obvs. All houses will look like Egypt Hill, or that overblown monstrosity at Gurnard.
