Quay Arts has launched its limited edition 2022 fundraising calendar.
The calendar features 12 striking, varied and sometimes humorous images that reflect the breadth of visual arts that can be seen through Quay Arts’ work and exhibition programme.
Each of the artists included have been supported and involved with Quay Arts either through residencies, exhibitions, delivering workshops, or winning the Quay Arts Biennial OPEN prize (Rachel Johnston & Paul Woods).
The artists who have generously contributed to the calendar include Matthew Chambers, Freya Purdue, Susie Prangnell, Rachel Johnston, Julian Winslow, ladypat, Leah Rice, Karen Mead, Chris Jenkins, Charles Inge, Sandy Kendal and Paul Woods.
All proceeds from the sale of the limited edition run will go towards the charitable aims of the Quay Arts charity, Steve Ross Foundation for the Arts (charity no 272007).
Calendars are £15 each and will be available to buy from the Quay Arts Craft shop by mid-November. The craft shop is accessed via Sea Street, Newport and is open Mon-Sat 09:00-16:00 and 10:00-16:00 on Sundays. The calendars will also be available to order online via www.quayarts.org.
