This appeal would have more chance of success if this had been published within 24 hours of the theft being discovered
Time is of the essence with appeals for information.
These are the types of the bikes being ridden illegally on the roads around Ryde (over powered and not licence plate). These bikes are easy to illegally modify.
What was this bike doing ‘near’ Victoria Recreation Ground? At the owners home / garage? If not the police should be asking how they got it to where it was stolen. The bike, if it’s the one in the photo, is missing it’s registration plate. Any motorcycle CAN NOT have it’s rear wheel as the last part of the bike. (stupid rule). Where they have placed the licence place is against the rules of the road. It’s too small and not in clear sight.
Only part of your statement makes sense, yes it’s an illegal bike only if used on road ( House insurance also wouldn’t pay up in the event of fire)and if police had caught rider on road would of seized it. However says nothing about it being on road, it’s off road and doesn’t need any registration plate or infact registering with DVLA.
Expect though we will see it racing down High Street and around Pan and the other estates along with the others riding them!.
How they have been getting away with riding them for month’s in Ryde?.
Freddie, please learn to read. I DID NOT SAY that this is the bike being ridden illegally on the roads in Ryde. “These are the types of the bikes being ridden illegally”
It’s got a license plate
If it does, then it is not fitted in accordance to the law.
Factory fitted
you don’t half spout some bollocks when it comes to bikes and the law..
probably a grockle, or a ‘new’ person, before 2005 this stuff never really happened, before the invasion of the Mainland wankertards and the habits that came with them and their dodgy A/F kids..now breeding like rabbits here.
Hope the bike is found, but its probably in the midlands by now..after any bike thefts all vans should be searched at the ferries as soon as its reported missing.
Another Numpty Caulkhead
Another Mainland Wankertard..
If you could read properly you would read the highway code and see licence plates have very specific rules on their placement and size. Also, if you could read you would see I was NOT saying that this is the bike being ridden illegally, I said its the same type.
The bike is for off road numpty, and doesn’t need a number plate, read the artical before you comment.
used to see the chavs riding around newport 2 up on this with no hats on look like there about 10 unlucky little sh*ts
