UPDATED: Engineers from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks are working to restore power to homes in and around the Parkhurst area of Newport this morning (Monday).
The supply of electricity was lost to properties in the PO30 5 area at 08:23. Currently, a total of 28 postcodes are without power.
SSEN say that supplies should be restored by 10:30.
UPDATE – Power has now been restored to all properties.
