A minor crash on a Newport gyratory has led to a Police response this evening (Thursday).
It was shortly before 19:20 that one of the Island’s Roads Policing officers was alerted to the fender bender on Staplers Road, responding to the scene from Ryde.
A red Nissan Qashqai and another vehicle appear to have been involved in the crash, which has happened where eastbound traffic joins the gyratory from Newport.
No injuries are thought to have been sustained.
The incident is now concluding, but Island Roads have been called to the scene due to damage to street furniture.
