UPDATE 24th January – Daniel Dickinson was located on the evening of 23rd January and has now been recalled to prison. Police have renewed their appeal for information in a bid to locate wanted 32-year-old Daniel Dickinson, who is thought to have been spotted in Newport on Friday. Dickinson is wanted on recall to prison, as previously reported by Island Echo. Officers are following up all lines of enquiry to locate Daniel but need the public’s help to ascertain his whereabouts. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary says it believes Dickinson was in Newport on Friday (12th January). Officers continue to make enquiries in respect of this sighting. A spokesperson for the force has said:
“We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Daniel to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and be liable for arrest themselves. “If you have seen him, or have information regarding his whereabouts, please do not approach him and instead contact police on 101, quoting 44230530267.
