Parkdean Resorts’ Nodes Point Holiday Park has been awarded the Tripadvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award.
Every year, Tripadvisor pulls together reviews and ratings that travellers share from across the globe to highlight the very best in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, and Nodes Point received the award on account of being in the top 10% in accommodation ratings in the region.
Steve Richards, CEO of Parkdean Resorts, said:
“The team at Nodes Point have worked tirelessly to provide a brilliant experience for holidaymakers enjoying a well-deserved staycation on the Isle of Wight. Awards like this, based on reviews from our own customers, are great recognition for their efforts, and we’re proud of everybody at the park.”
Nodes Point employs more than 85 staff in season, and welcomed over 20,000 visitors in 2020. Parkdean Resorts is the UK’s largest operator of caravan, lodge, cabin, glamping and camping holiday resorts, and was named Best UK Family Holiday Company, and Best UK Holiday Parks and Lodges Company at the British Travel Awards 2020, the UK’s biggest opinion poll for travel and tourism in the country.
The company recently announced a £70 million investment in its business nationwide, to install new accommodation, renovate facilities and upgrade existing caravans and lodges.

I agree that it is a great site for a rental holiday, it is a different kettle of fish if you own the caravan that is being rented out.
Holiday makers do not look after the property that they are renting
Ah yes the place that allowed people to go there during the 1st lockdown, how nice they got awarded for that.
Camping at Nodes Point at the moment, diabolical! Service awful, staff have no idea what they’re doing and have no autonomy to solve problems! Sewage smell throughout the camping fields and no plans for dealing with this or the churned up grounds where cars are constantly getting stuck! New buildings seem to have not had any thought of the obvious drainage issues they would cause!
Camping at Nodes Point this week. As always location superb. Everything else has declined (our 5th year here). Weather aside, flooding has been awful and terrible smell of sewage in our field. No drainage from new block of lodges at top of hill, water just runs down into camping field. Staff don’t care and attitude is not sure what we can do, service is awful. And don’t mention the showers. £70m investment across your parks, maybe start by demolishing the portacabin loos and replacing with a permanent structure. Very much an atmosphere of look after the lodges and caravans to the detriment of camping customers.
