UPDATED: Three people aged in their thirties have been arrested today (Monday) following drugs raids in Newport.
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary raided two properties in the town just before 10:00 this morning, one in West Street and one in South Street.
In addition, a raid was carried out in Tennyson Road, Cowes.
A 34-year-old man, a 31-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of Class A drugs and have been bailed until 17th June.
