As first reported by me!
I question the use of the word “apparent”. It is obviously the work of a mindless vandal, probably fueled by drink and drugs.
The trouble is elderly people like you always want to blame the youngsters.
Perhaps you should make sure of the facts first pratt.
What do you know?
How do you come to that assumption? You know nothing more than anyone.
There is not enough mental health help on the island , I hope all cars were insured and the lady gets the help she needs.
Max this is not nessaily mental health, most people have full capacity this is likely to be bad behaviour . I’m sure this person has full capacity when she decided to smash these cars. I feel so sorry for all the damage she has done to the car owners,I would have found that quite scary.
People will still lose money, need to pay there excess
…pay their excess…
…to pay their excess…
Mental health is no excuse, thousands of people suffer mental health but they don’t go round doing this . She needs locking up and forced to work to pay for damages. These car owners are going to face thousands as may loose no claims, pay excess have no means to get to work and indeed some will be so upset and devistated that will harm their mental health.
If was 8-30 in morning? Why no one try stop her ?.
Because it was 8.30 on a Saturday morning in a quiet street?
Hey Freddie, guess you’d have been the hero would you? My feeling is you need some psychiatric help and very soon.
Get the Mugs who done this and bang them up for a few years
NO EXCUSES REQUIRED
And make them pay the full price for repairs not fine them £50 with a slap on the wrist
I agree with you Chris. But sadly, that’s all this woman will get, is a small fine and not much else. This is why everything is broken in Britain and there is so much crime being committed due to the fact that we have become a ‘Nanny State’. Make this woman pay to repair each and every one of the cars she smashed.
Bring pillories and stocks back
I wonder what people will think when they see such a person out and about!
…who did this…
It was one person. With mental issues
Someone took her parking space and went postal?
So many motorists think they own the space outside where they live
THEY DON’T!
And your point is ???
Must be a fan of that Hazel O’Connor movie
Not really a story to make jokes about, perhaps that is why this post is significantly disliked.
If this makes our vandalism stats for the island go up so our insurance premiums go up, she’ll have a whole island worth or enemies lol
What’s it like being poor and stressing over things that can be paid easily, no problem?
Yeah good point. I’ll send you the invoice then as it’s such a minor thing for you to pay.
Apparently it’s “Chatfeild road” on Google maps, bizarre
Also Church Street.
She needs to be made to pay for all the damage she has caused. If she can’t or won’t pay then she should be given 6 months in prison.
1 year minimum for such an offence
Obviously she won’t go to jail while they are letting prisoners out early due to the lack of funding by the conservatives.
well it is the isle of wight Dump
Bellend !!
Whatever her problem, why do this? It’s just nasty. She cannot understand how this unwarranted damage will affect her victims. She deserves prison time and she should not be released until she’s repaid all the costs of repair to every single person involved.
The law is very tame in UK
In Dubai they would treat such an offence differently
she wouldn’t do it again!
UK is a soft touch.
I wonder what would happen to her if she done this to Royal owned vehicles.
Normal lives dont’t seem to matter In the UK
Royal owned vehicles would be owned by the UK tax payer..
I find it quite strange how my comment has been thumbed down 14 times already.? Don’t people remember what the movie was called.?
Bring back the ducking stool!
There’s no need to swear.!
It annoys me that people are saying that I hope they are insured.
Why should they make a claim or pay the first £250 while the lady gets a slapped wrist.?
Each of these car owners should hire a car until the person has paid to fix the damages and also pay for the car hire, however many years that takes.
The useless court outcomes are no deterrent.
My guess; it was done by a doppelganger
Im sure the police wont find them or convict them..
Very true, nothing in it for them
Good on the vandal I say- we need less cars on the road!
You bellend one of those vehicles was my partner’s, if she and my kids were in the car at the time would you still be saying good on the vandal you absolute cretin
it’s just kids having a bit of fun
Kids are not 33 years of age, read the article before posting dumb unhelpful comments. You wouldn’t feel that way if it was your vehicle would you
‘bailed’ what a joke. Criminals in this country can do whatever they want knowing they will get a slap on the wrist.
