UPDATED: The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service and Police are attending a road traffic collision in Brading this lunchtime (Monday).
A motorcyclist has been involved in a collision with a car on the roundabout at the junction of Coach Lane, Rowborough Lane and High Street.
A rapid response paramedic, an ambulance and a number of Police officers are in attendance.
Traffic is heavy in the area with motorists being diverted via Ashey when travelling from Brading to Ryde.
UPDATE @ 12:35 – Emergency services have repositioned to the main Brading Car Park, allowing the road to reopen.
The motorcyclist is not thought to have sustained any serious or life-threatening injuries.
