The Met Office are warning of further wet weather this evening and overnight into tomorrow morning (Saturday).
A yellow severe weather warning has been issued as spells of heavy rain are expected to develop across southern parts of England as this evening approaches, persisting overnight before clearing away to the southeast during Saturday morning. Around 5-15mm of rain is anticipated to fall quite widely, with 40mm possible over high ground.
The warning is in place from 17:00 this evening until 08:00 Saturday.
A cold front is expected to move eastwards with the rain.
Red Funnel are warning of possible disruption to their Red Jet service from 21:00.
