UPDATED: Two vehicles have collided on the outskirts of Newport this morning (Tuesday).
Emergency services were called to Whiterails Road, Wootton near to Butterfly World shortly after 09:05 following a road traffic collision between two cars.
The carriageway has become partially blocked leading to some minor delays in the area including to Route 9 buses.
No one has been seriously injured in the crash, however paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service are on scene.
UPDATE @ 10:10 – The incident has now been cleared.
