Following a celebration of golf last week, it was a return to competition golf at Westridge on Sunday with the British Lung Foundation Trophy competed for.
In the Scratch Competition, the reigning Champion was unavailable to defend his title, opening up this side of the Competition. It was Mark Royl came through to win with a 75, winning by 2 shots. Sam Rogers won the battle of 3 players on 77, to come 2nd, from Daniel Thomas.
It was a new Member who to the honours in the Handicap Competition. The only Player under par on the day, Jeremy Burch recorded a 61 net, to win by 2. Jeffrey Foster clinched 2nd, on countback one of 3 on 63 net, with Roger Merrifield 3rd.
