No injuries have been reported after a car collided with a house in Cowes earlier this evening (Friday).
Police were called to St Mary’s Road in the town at around 17:00 when a maroon coloured Ford Focus crashed into a terraced home. It appears the car rolled backwards into the property opposite the council car park. 1 fire appliance from Cowes was mobilised by Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service’s control room in the interests of safety.
