LOCAL FIRM ELDRIDGES WELCOMES JOSHUA GALLOP TO CONVEYANCING TEAM

Eldridges Solicitors has welcomed Islander Joshua Gallop to its conveyancing team. In this role, Joshua will be advising clients on all aspects of property sales, purchases and right to buy, in addition to land transfers, remortgages, equity release, deeds and more. Including first-time registration of unregistered property and land, something which is prevalent on the island. Joshua qualified as a solicitor in 2020 after achieving a first-class honors law degree and has already built up an enviable reputation for his work. His appointment reflecting the popularity and growth of Eldridges, a company founded on the island in 1832 that truly understands the island’s unique character, economy and property market. Joshua will be based in the companies Freshwater offices but will also be meeting clients at Eldridges Newport offices.
