Light up the Wight is back! The official Christmas lights map and competition, brought to you by Island Echo and sponsored by Southern Vectis, has returned for 2021, bringing extra festive cheer to the Isle of Wight.
An amazing 37 displays are included on this year’s map – a record number – including several firm favourites, as well as some eager new entrants.
Islanders are being invited to download and follow the map to explore the wide variety of Christmas lights displays across the Isle of Wight by visiting www.islandecho.co.uk/xmas. This year an interactive map is also available here.
Southern Vectis has once again teamed up with Island Echo to sponsor the festive competition with a £25o top prize for the Island’s best display, as voted for by you. You can vote for your favourite display by visiting https://www.islandecho.co.uk/xmas/vote/.
The bus operator’s popular Xmas Bus Tour is back after a pandemic break, but has already proven so popular that all dates have sold out!
