Graffiti – only £26? Not enough punishment for that destructive antisocial behaviour.
Drink/Drug driving should be a lifetime ban period, it’s not acceptable whatsoever.

The worrying thing is nearly every village and town seem to have low life living there.I think it’s time for vigilantes to take over
