A Lake man who has denied a pair of sexual assault charges against him will see his case go to trial next year.
Phillip Robbins, of Percy Road, appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with 2x sexual assault on a female.
It is alleged that on or between 1st March and 22nd May in Sandown, Robbins touched a female aged 16 or over.
The 57-year-old is also alleged to have committed the same offence in the same place on or between 1st April and 20th April.
Robins entered not guilty pleas to the matters and saw his case adjourned until 4th February 2026.
He has been granted conditional bail until that time.
