The ladies of Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club and their invited guests took to the course for their annual Ladies Invitation match on Tuesday 13th September.
In a closely fought Am-Am, Club members Ruth Graves and Bev Lowry, together with their respective guests, Rose Green and Pam White from Ryde Golf Club, took 1st place.
Runners-up were Connie Huntington and Christine O’Brien (S&S) and their partners, Joy Jenkins (Osborne) and Ann Younger (Alresford).
The nearest the pin prize for the guest player was won by Jean Langley (Osborne) with Christine O’Brien winning the prize for the home player.
The raffle was held in support of Breast Cancer Care, raising £180 for the charity.
