The Ladies of Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club held their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 7th October, marking the end of a successful season both on and off the course.
Once the formal business was complete, outgoing Ladies’ Captain, Lorrie Hawkins, was presented with her Past Captain’s brooch by incoming Captain, Vicki Guildford. A presentation of trophies then followed, celebrating a year of outstanding performances across the club’s competitions.

On Sunday 12th October, 12 teams took to the course at Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club for the Smiths Coasters Foursomes Flag.
First place honours went to the husband-and-wife duo Ron and Kathy Elliott, finishing with a drive on the 20th. Linda Piche and Tony Williams secured second place with a holed putt on the 19th.
