The Kings of Leon have brought the Isle of Wight Festival to a close for 2014.
The four-day Festival ended with the American rock band performing over 90 minutes of their best songs to a strong and enthusiastic crowd, who enjoyed a firework finale across the site as the lights fell on the main stage.
Fall Out Boy and Suede also performed in the main arena this evening, although crowd numbers were notably less than yesterday (Saturday). Travis took to the BT Sport Big Top stage at 22:30.
British legends The Red Arrows put on a hair-raising display of true skill as they flew over Newport and the Isle of Wight Festival late this afternoon, as all eyes turned to the sky for over 20 minutes.
The clean up operation begins tomorrow as thousands of music lovers head back to the mainland and Seaclose Park slowly returns to normal, all until this time next year when the Isle of Wight Festival comes back in 2015.
