The Isle of Wight Under 18 cricket team beat Worcestershire Academy by 5 wickets in a 3-day match on Wednesday (13th July).
After losing the toss and being put in to bat, Worcestershire made 303/9 in their 1st innings. The Isle of Wight managed 232 in reply, with Camoron Dhariwal top scoring with 68 runs from 58 balls.
Worcestershire were bowled out for 207 in their 2nd innings, with the Isle of Wight set a target of 288. The Island side reached their target in the 57th over for the loss of 5 wickets. Camoron Dhariwal again top scored with 145, including 26 4s and 4 6s. He was supported by Daniel Cox who made 73 not out.
