Stop the stupid B’stard who parks on the pavement outside

I am willing to pay to have the vehicle towed away.
If the Council cannot control Households who affect persons walking on pavements
I am willing to help them.
The residents at 90 Great Preston Rd are liable if any accident is caused by parking
a vehicle on the pavement should an accident take place, also if a pedestrian gets run
over due to having to cross the Road due to the pavement being unpassable.
Obviously they must be Brainless Morons, otherwise they would know better.
I blame IW Council they should take responsibility for Island pavements
and roads.
The District Steward for Ryde should visit Great Preston Road to see what parking is like
along this busy Road.
Move them to S.A they would never park on a pavement again.
Zero rules on Isle of White, hence bad attitude!
