At least this time it’s not greenfield, and the plans are explicitly to include affordable and/or social housing. Probably one of the few applications that should go through, provided IWC do their bit to ensure compliance.
None of those “extras” will make it into the final development once permission has been granted – guaranteed. Planning permission will be modified once the first ground has been broken, and it will end up as only those houses which make the most profit for the developers.
