What is clear to me is that there is NOT the infrastructure here to support all these new houses, either, water, sewage, power, health, transport (floating and non floating) and then supply of food materials, goods etc. SO, bullets need to be bitten. Build this lot of new houses and you WILL need a tunnel or bridge or a whole new fleet of boats, piers and harbour development to maintain it all and facilitate employment.
I sometimes think they must think the Island’s land mass will somehow expand and it will just get bigger to accommodate all these damn houses. We don’t want them here! Been too much already. But will they take any notice? Of course not, just look what is happening over at Fawley! Did the locals want that: No, but they are getting it anyway. It’s time that people with all the money had less power than they’ve got to destroy things and make many people unhappy in the process, but the world is set up to make sure that those with all the money have all the power.
