Here’s a real plan
Why not Demolish all the Derelict Hotels in Sandown and creating
extra parking spaces so the vehicles parking on Double Yellow lines
illegally outside Sandown Pier can park their cars legally.
Also all the dregs who are Squatting in these hotels as mentioned on
Wendalls YouTube channel can be booted out.
Is that why IW Council have done nothing about it, because it is one less
worry for the Council housing these persons.
What about the Royal York Hotel in Ryde.
This eyesore needs either refurbishing into flats if possible , or demolishing !!
It is has been a blight on the Ryde landscape for too long.
That is also housing unsavoury squatters
Why would you destroy such a beautiful Art Deco building? Look at Embassy Court in Brighton
