Aimee Revell of Roach Pittis solicitors in Newport has been nominated for the award of ‘Best New Practitioner’ and ‘Best Community Champion’ at the National Paralegal Awards.
Aimee has worked her way up through the legal profession since moving to the Island – starting as a legal secretary, currently working as a senior paralegal and also training to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
Her nomination for Best New Practitioner comes in recognition of her considerable achievements so far including obtaining excellent exam results and writing numerous articles relating to property litigation.
Meanwhile, her nomination for Best Community Champion reflects her having served as interim president of the South Hampshire junior lawyers division as well as hosting an event with Autism Hampshire to promote neurodiversity in the workplace.
Speaking about the future, Aimee said:
“I am planning to continue with the promotion of neurodiversity at Roach Pittis and qualify as a chartered legal executive.”
The gala for the awards will be held in Birmingham this September.
