Hovertravel services to and from the Isle of Wight have been suspended once again this lunchtime (Tuesday), due to another technical issue.
The cross-Solent operator is unable to run any services between Ryde and Southsea due to the issue with Solent Flyer – the only craft currently available for operations.
Island Flyer remains at Griffon Hoverwork for maintenance, where it has been for several weeks.
Hovertravel advises that an update is expected at 13:45, but this is no guarantee that services will resume at that time.
UPDATE– Services have resumed as of 14:15.
