With only a couple of weeks to go until the big day, Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth is helping festive shoppers make the most of each day by launching early-morning shopping hours.
The new hours will see the outlet now open from 09:00 Monday to Saturday, giving shoppers the opportunity for quieter browsing.
The new early morning shopping hours have been launched in addition to late-night Christmas shopping hours which will see the outlet open from 09:00-20:00 Monday to Saturday.
Since reopening, Gunwharf Quays has introduced a number of safety measures to keep shoppers safe including hand sanitiser points throughout the centre, a one way system to ensure social distancing can be maintained, floor stickers and signs to remind guests to keep the required distance apart and a queuing system for entry to the centre.
Although most Islanders are likely to visit by foot, Gunwharf Quays is offering customers 2 hours free parking to celebrate its new contactless parking service in partnership with QwikPark.
Guests who arrive before 10:00 or after 17:00 Monday to Wednesday during December can take advantage of 2 hours free parking at Gunwharf Quays. To secure the free-parking offer, simply download the QwikPark app and complete the registration process. Once at the centre, shoppers can input code ‘XMAS’ to claim the 2 hours free parking.
