For the third night in a row, Island Roads will be deploying its fleet of gritters across the Isle of Wight tonight (Boxing Day).
Much like Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the gritters will be treating the usual roads on the network from 19:00 this evening.
The mercury is set to drop as darkness falls, with road surfaces temperatures approaching 0c overnight.
