Shanklin FC have applied for planning permission for an extension to their clubhouse at the County Ground on Green Lane.
The Isle of Wight Division 1 champions aim to build a single-storey side extension to their existing clubhouse. This will create a larger home team changing room as well as a store for equipment and goalposts. There will also be a toilet with public access during opening hours.
It comes after a recent internal refurbishment of the building.
As well as improving the clubhouse, Shanklin FC have also applied for retrospective permission to place a new fixture board to the northern side of the car park.
